On the18th September 2023, Inclusive United CIC held their first inclusive sport session at Grovehill Adventure Playground in Hemel Hempstead Herts. Driven by lived experience of limited opportunities for inclusive sport especially during the daytime on week days and a passion to level up the opportunities for meaningful sport opportunities, our overall mission was: to create fun, safe spaces for inclusive sport and employability opportunities, where every individual is seen, valued, and supported.
Two years later, our growing, award winning, Community Interest Company are proud to be welcoming over 80 participants every week - providing young adults with learning disabilities, neurodiversity, SEN (special educational needs) and additional needs with regular opportunities to take part. This past year, Inclusive United CIC has delivered more than 280 inclusive sport sessions across Hertfordshire – with Bedfordshire launching this October 2025!

Our work has included a Sport England backed Inclusive Sport and Employability programme, inclusive football, futsal, multi-sports and wellbeing sessions, as well as school-based programmes.
Every session is about more than sport – it’s about community, confidence, connection and belonging.
It would not have been possible without the support we’ve received from our participants, parents and carers, support workers, partners, funders, schools, community groups, our sponsors and our wider network of friends and family. A huge thank you to everyone who has helped us along the way.
Please see our Year 2 Impact Report below for a snapshot of a busy year!
To join us or find out about any of our sessions, please see the events page of our website www.inclusiveunited.co.uk/events or contact us for any assistance you need to find out more.

We are growing fast, and we want to keep making a difference and reach more individuals to help reduce social isolation, improve mental and physical wellbeing and provide meaningful opportunities. We have exciting plans for year three and beyond, but to do this, we need more support, funding, and corporate partners to help us sustain and expand our sessions. Together, we can create even greater impact...
If you can help in any way, or to find out more about the sponsorship and partner opportunities available, please contact us.
There are also various small ways you can support us, including Easy Fundraising, Sported Lottery or a small donation can go a long way.
Thanks again to everyone who has supported us so far in our journey.
See you on the pitch! From all the team at Inclusive United CIC.
