Inclusive Sports Coach Training

Our Co-Founders and Operational Directors bring together over 60 years of combined football experience, with extensive knowledge across all areas of inclusive football.

Their backgrounds span every aspect of SEN provision, lived experience, and female and girls’ football — including one Director who spent many years as Head of a Girls’ Section at a large grassroots club.

Two Directors have significant experience running and managing Inclusive Football Sections at a large grassroots club, while another co-founded and managed an inclusive league for over 7 years.

One Director coaches within academy football and has competed in semi-professional environments.

All members of the team have led inclusive football programmes and coached players of all ages and abilities, from children through to adults. Their expertise further includes specialist formats such as Parkinson’s football.

Collectively, they offer a deep, practical understanding of what truly inclusive sport looks like in action.

Inclusive United provides training across most sports, for coaches, students, clubs, individuals, schools colleges and groups.
