INSPIRE EMPOWER OPPORTUNITY INCLUDED FUN FRIENDSHIPS
For young adults 18+ with mild to moderate learning disabilities:
Mondays, Hemel Hempstead
Feel part of the team and join in with our Inclusive Football & Multi-Sports sessions.
Time also for table tennis, snooker, games and catching up with friends. Indoor & outdoor.

Tuesdays, Hemel Hempstead
Come along to our Inclusive Sport and Social morning to meet up with friends and get involved
in a fun mix or indoor and outdoor sports activities, games and social time.

Join in our Inclusive Yoga & Pilates inspired Wellbeing session in the afternoon.

Women's Walking Football for carers. 12pm to 1pm

FOOTBALL, FUTSAL &
MULTI-SPORTS SESSIONS
Inclusive United provide daytime, weekday football, futsal & multi-sports sessions in the Hertfordshire area for young adults with mild learning disabilities and additional needs,
aged 18+ .

SPORT LEARNING & EMPLOYABILITY WORKSHOPS
For young adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities or additional needs, we offer supported skills and learning workshops for young adults wishing to increase their knowledge of sport, sports coaching and /or improve your
employability in sport.
These are either delivered by Inclusive United or via our trusted sporting partners. If you are interested in joining us please contact us to chat further.

WALKING FOOTBALL & FOOTBALL FOR WOMEN
We have another passion at Inclusive United - providing women with opportunities to take part in football.
Our FA qualified female coaches run walking football sessions for women which can be block booked or on a pay as you play basis, with reduced rates for carers. Beginners & those who are looking to build up their fitness gradually are most welcome.
Sessions are fun, low impact & interactive in a friendly, supportive environment with female
FA qualified coaches.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Our Community Outreach program, delivered directly by Inclusive United or via our trusted partners, supports community groups, not-for-profit organisations and charities to set up and run a variety of inclusive football & futsal sessions on their behalf. Our aim is to create more opportunities for individuals with a disability or additional needs in their communities and supports those organisations to grow their provision.

We work closely with trusted partners, charities and other not-for-profit organisations to reduce the gap in the provision of sporting and learning opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities and additional needs.
