INSPIRE EMPOWER OPPORTUNITY INCLUDED FUN FRIENDSHIPS
For young adults 18+ with mild to moderate learning disabilities:
Mondays, Hemel Hempstead
Feel part of the team and join in with our Inclusive Football sessions.
Time also for table tennis, snooker, games and catching up with friends. Indoor & outdoor.
For those interested in staying healthy and fit through a variety of inclusive sports and also gaining skills towards working in sport, ask about our new Sport England programme Inclusive Sport & Employability Programme running until September 2025.
Tuesdays, Hemel Hempstead
Join in our Inclusive Yoga & Pilates inspired Wellbeing session in the afternoon.
SEN School Community Outreach
Wednesdays, Hertfordshire

WHAT WE DO
INCLUSIVE FOOTBALL, WELLBEING, FUTSAL (INDOOR FOOTBALL) & MULTI-SPORTS SESSIONS
Inclusive United provides daytime, weekday, football, wellbeing, futsal & multi-sports sessions in the Hertfordshire and surrounding areas for young adults with learning disabilities, neurodiversity and additional needs, aged 18+

INCLUSIVE SPORT
& EMPLOYABILITY
For young adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities, SEN or additional needs, we offer practical inclusive sports sessions which also support young adults who wish to increase their knowledge of sport, sports coaching and /or improve their employability in the sports industry.
Our Sport England, Inclusive Sport & Employability Programme starts February 2025. If you are interested in joining the sessions please contact us to chat further.

INCLUSION TRAINING & TEAM BUILDING DAYS
Boost your company culture with our dynamic inclusion training and sport-based team building experiences—designed to enhance diversity, collaboration, and performance across your workforce. Our bespoke sessions are fully adapted for all abilities and needs, delivered by qualified, experienced coaches alongside our talented apprentice coaches.
Choose from one of our Hertfordshire venues, host us onsite, or select a location that suits your team best.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Our Community Outreach programme, delivered directly by Inclusive United or via our trusted partners, supports community groups, not-for-profit organisations and charities to set up and run a variety of inclusive football & futsal sessions on their behalf. Our aim is to create more opportunities for individuals with a disability or additional needs in their communities and supports those organisations to grow their provision.
PARTNERSHIPS
We work closely with trusted partners, charities and other not-for-profit organisations to reduce the gap in the provision of sporting and learning opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities and additional needs. If you would like to work with us to achieve this aim, or if you have any ideas for projects, then please contact us here or via our social channels.
