Inclusive United's Inclusive Sport and Social Hub at Grovehill Adventure Playground in Hemel Hempstead runs every Tuesday morning. The hub is for young adults aged 18+ with mild to moderate learning disabilities, neurodiversity, SEN (special educational needs) or additional needs. Arrive any time from 9.30am. If transport is a challenge, we have a small fund to help with this for some Dacorum residents. This is not guaranteed and decided on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss. Throughout the morning, participants will be able to join in a variety of sports activities in a safe, inclusive and fun environment. With a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, participants of all abilities will be able to develop their skills and build their confidence, whilst meeting friends. Mix of indoor and outdoor sports related engaging sociable and fun activities. Indoor: Table tennis , pool, table football and more... and socialising with group games & activities. Outdoor: Astro, taking part in sports including football activities and multisports, building confidence, having fun. Qualified and experienced, enthusiastic support staff and coaches will lead activities throughout the morning. On the day please: - Come dressed in clothes suitable for exercise outdoors. - Bring trainers or astros. - Bring your own easily identifiable water. - Bring a snack and drink for a mid morning break. * We play outside in all weathers, however if the weather is not suitable we will hold the whole session inside the Grovehill adventure playground pavilion instead with indoor activities.

To cancel or reschedule a booked event, please give us a minimum 24 hours' notice prior to the event start. Amounts paid can be redeemed against future events.
