Event Details
After a successful Sport England backed 24 week programme, Inclusive United CIC are committed to keeping the Inclusive Sport and Employability programme running. We take a short break whilst we run the Warm Winter Indoor Sports Hub in Hemel and will continue with a new employability programme in January 2026. Aimed at young adults aged 18+ with mild learning disabilities, Neurodiversity, SEN or additional needs, the programme will deliver inclusive sports sessions consisting of a range of multi-sports whilst assisting participants to build their skills and confidence to help them with their long-term goals of being active and being able to access volunteering roles and work experience and employment opportunities in the sports industry in the future. Whilst being active, participants will learn how to plan, setup and organise sports sessions, coaching skills, teamwork. There will be visiting organisations to provide helpful information and signposting where possible to help with long-term employability goals.
