Inclusive United CIC has been selected as a finalist in the prestigious Lord Lieutenant of
Hertfordshire’s Entrepreneurs Challenge at the 140th Hertfordshire County Show.

Inclusive United will present its work to a judging panel during the event on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May. The competition celebrates innovative organisations and businesses making a positive impact across Hertfordshire.

Co-founder and Director, Tracy Light said the recognition is an important milestone for Inclusive
United CIC and reflects the organisation’s continued growth and community impact.
Inclusive United CIC currently supports more than 130 participants weekly across Hertfordshire
and Bedfordshire through activities including inclusive football, futsal, multi-sports, wellbeing
sessions, and employability programmes. The organisation was founded through lived
experience and aims to create accessible sporting opportunities for young adults who may
otherwise face barriers to participation.
The finalists will present a three-minute pitch to a panel of judges, including senior business and
community leaders from across Hertfordshire. The event is expected to attract more than 35,000
visitors over the weekend.
The recognition comes during a period of continued expansion for Inclusive United CIC, with the
organisation aiming to increase opportunities across additional counties and strengthen
partnerships with organisations that share similar values around inclusion and accessibility.
Tracy Light said: “We are incredibly proud to be recognised as finalists in the Entrepreneurs Challenge. It is a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of inclusive sport and the positive impact it can have.”
