Inclusive United CIC Expands Inclusive Sport Opportunities in Luton

Inclusive United CIC is delighted to announce new funding from the Bedfordshire and Luton
Community Foundation (BLCF) to help expand their inclusive sport and wellbeing opportunities in the Luton area.

The funding will enable Inclusive United CIC to deliver regular inclusive football, multi-
sport and wellbeing sessions designed specifically for young adults with learning
disabilities, neurodiversity, SEN and additional needs.

These sessions focus not only on physical activity but also on building confidence,
improving social connections and creating a supportive environment where participants
can develop new skills and friendships.
The weekly multisport session will take place every Thursday from 10am–11am at Venue
360 in Luton, offering accessible and inclusive activities for individuals aged 16+
The pilates and yoga inspired Wellbeing Session takes place every Tuesday 11.30 to 12.30 at the Reynham Community Centre.
And more sessions will be added soon!
By creating safe, welcoming and structured opportunities to stay active, Inclusive United
CIC aims to reduce isolation, improve mental and physical wellbeing and empower
participants to lead healthier and more connected lives.

These sessions are also approved on the Social Prescribers preferred supplier list for Luton Borough Council.
