We’re excited to share that our Co-Founder and Managing Director, Tracy Light has recently reached another fantastic milestone by graduating from the Women in Football and Xero Small Business Programme.

The programme, designed to empower aspiring female entrepreneurs, has provided invaluable guidance, mentorship, and resources to help women-led businesses thrive. Over the past year, Tracy has been part of a cohort of 12 brilliant entrepreneurs spanning industries from tech to retail to consultancy—each bringing fresh ideas and determination to the table.

Graduating from this programme marks an important step forward for the growth of our business too. Just as importantly, it has been a hugely supportive journey thanks to the encouragement and insight offered by Women in Football, Xero, and the wider network of entrepreneurs who shared the programme experience. Their collaboration, advice, and shared knowledge have been instrumental in shaping the path ahead. We have also been so grateful for the help and guidance from Tracy's mentor on the programme, Ruth Shaw OBE.
Exciting times ahead as we head into Year 3 at Inclusive United CIC.
