Winter Warm Wellbeing and Social Hub This session is kindly funded by the Dacorum Community Fund. This is a weekly drop-in session during the winter months. It is held indoors, so it is warm, safe and comfortable. What is the session like? - A friendly and fun indoor space. A place to meet people and make friends. Everyone is included and supported. You can take part in structured activities. Activities include: Table tennis Pool Indoor boccia Quizzes Fun team games. Wellbeing activities Gentle stretching to music Other fun ways to stay active indoors The sessions are run by Inclusive United staff who are: Fully qualified coaches, Experienced in SEN and learning disabilities. Learning and support Hot drinks and healthy snacks will be provided (These are kindly sponsored or paid for by Inclusive United) Who can come? - Young adults aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, neurodiversity, SEN, or additional needs What to bring - Comfortable clothes you can move in Trainers A water bottle If money is difficult, please let us know. We have a financial difficulty policy to help. If you need to pay by direct payments, please email us and we can send an invoice.
