A Milestone in Our Journey
When we founded Inclusive United CIC, one of our primary goals was to provide quality inclusive sports sessions for young adults with learning disabilities. But beyond that, we wanted to also create a safe, supportive space where female coaches could learn, grow, and thrive in their coaching careers.
Almost a year in, we’re proud to say that this vision is becoming a reality. We had our last summer session today and we had five of our female coaches lead the sessions and engage in some valuable coach training. Seeing them work together, support each other, and share their ideas and knowledge was fantastic. Thank you to everyone involved!
The progress we’ve made in supporting female coaches is just one aspect of the broader impact we aim to achieve at Inclusive United CIC.
As we look to the future, we’re excited to continue nurturing this inclusive and empowering environment, ensuring that our sessions remain a place where everyone—coaches and players alike—can learn, grow, and succeed.
