Women's Walking Football

Event Details

Inclusive United's walking football sessions are for women of all footballing abilities and ages over 18. Our sessions are low impact with minimal contact and are an enjoyable opportunity to exercise and socialise with others in a fun, supportive environment. Sessions are run by our FA qualified female coaches, and are designed to be suitable for all abilities. It doesn't matter if you've never played before, or play every week, you are welcome along to play the UK's fastest growing sport. Our sessions run for an hour on the astroturf pitch at Grovehill Adventure Playground in Hemel Hempstead Herts. If you are also a carer then we offer discounted rates (starting from £3 per session). Please also check our events page for activities with individuals with learning disabilities as there may also be something running for them whilst you are enjoying your activity. On the day please: - come dressed in clothes suitable for exercise outdoors and for all weathers * - wear astro trainers / football boots (no metal studs please) and shin pads - bring your own easily identifiable water * We play in all weathers however if the weather is not suitable we will hold a social session inside the Grovehill adventure playground pavilion instead.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a booked event, please give us a minimum 24 hours' notice prior to the event start. Amounts paid can be redeemed against future events.
